Full Planning & Design
Starting at $5,000
I will provide you with design, coordination, guidance, and support throughout the entire planning process. We can collaborate, you share your ideas, I can integrate them into the design features, so that I can curate a seamless experience. I will clearly communicate the details to each vendor so that everyone is aligned and understands the vision.

Management of rental items. Assistance with selection of pieces, placing orders, updating the order based on guest count, quote comparisons.

Venue walk-through with vendors to determine layout and set up of each vendor

Timeline creation and management, send to all vendors weeks prior to the wedding

Create seating chart display, signage such welcome to our wedding, etc.

Final planning meeting 1-2 weeks before wedding

Installation of all non-floral décor in ceremony and reception areas. Such items include guest book, card box, cake/dessert table, place cards, menus, tablescapes candles, décor.

Partial Planning

PARTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN
Starting at $3,000
The partial planning and design package is meant for the couple who want to take the lead in the planning and design but need guidance with the details. This also may include the couple will supply or source some of the decorative details. I will collaborate with you on your vision for your wedding day. I will personalize your event, handle some of the larger tasks and take some of the stress off so that you can enjoy the journey. I will go with you to do a walk-through of the venue, create a timeline, vendor management, oversee the set-up, assist with the details of the day to ensure that everything comes together. I can assist in orchestrating the rehearsal the day before the wedding ceremony as well.
Day of Coordination
Starting at $1,500
This plan is designed for the couple who has handled all the planning and design but wants me to jump in and take over so that they can enjoy their big day! Six months before your wedding I will meet with you, do a walk-through of the venue, meet your vendors to obtain a clear understanding of the vision. I will make sure that all the work you’ve done will be processed, organized, and flawlessly executed. I will communicate with all the vendors to create a timeline of the wedding day, orchestrate your ceremony rehearsal, and oversee all the details leading up to your dream day!
